As I said last time after several days of playing Lego Star Wars and contemplating Halloween around the corner, I came up with the idea of building a lego-man costume. The basic costume design was built around my frame (6′1″) so some adjustments will need to be made based on your size.

Alright so after several days of playing Lego Star Wars and contemplating Halloween around the corner, I came up with the idea of building a lego-man costume. After searching the net for similar costumes and finding nothing that impressed me I made it my mission to create a costume of epic proportions. So I began testing concepts. Here is a list of the materials and tools used:
Materials
- 12inch diameter concrete quick set tube
- Hot glue gun and a ton of sticks
- pipe insulating
- lots of cardboard
- spray paint
- too much free time.
All in all the project spread out over several weeks minus painting took around 6 hours (could be cut down now that the necessary steps are known), and was well worth it for the reactions it received.
